Downtown Development Authority (DDA)

A Downton Development Authority (DDA) is a development agency responsible for many improvements including revitalization and redevelopment in the downtown area. The Hahira DDA was created in 2016 and consists of seven board members.

Facade Grant
The DDA Facade Grant Program is adminstered and funded by the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Hahira. The purpose of this grant is to aid property owners and businesses located in the DDA district interested in the rehabilitation of their exterior building facades.
